what to know before you visit

We are so excited to welcome you!

Before joining us, please read the following; 

We will be contacting you (via email) about a week before your reservation date check in about any food allergies and for a final confirmation.  Please be aware that our Chefs are unable to accommodate food restrictions without proper notice. 

We kindly ask that you confirm with us at least 2 days in advance. Reservations are not finalized in our system till we receive confirmation. Unconfirmed reservations will result in a cancellation 2 days before the reservation date.

Our cancellation policy applies within 48 hours of your reservation date/time. All guest allergy information MUST be confirmed at least 48 hours before your reservation date.

Our Chefs have curated a menu that will most likely introduce you to new flavors and textures and we encourage our guests to come explore with us! We politely decline substitutions based on preference, uncommon dietary restrictions, and some allergies.  This includes vegan/ vegetarian diets, fish, allium, nightshade, and coconut allergies. Any questions pertaining to accommodations will take place in our check-in but but please feel free to reach out to us sooner! We are happy to answer any questions or concerns. 

Additionally, please be aware that your reservation is for a seating i.e all reservations either begin at -

Wed/Thu/Sun: 5pm & 7:45 pm • Fri/Sat: 5:30 & 8:15 pm.

Arriving 30 minutes or later may result in a sped-up or partial experience and will be charged full price. Please note that we are no longer located in SE Portland and our new location is at 1818 NW 23rd Place, Portland, OR 97210.
